Cool design, but the horn being flesh colored kinda messes with me.

From what I can get of the flashing bits, there might be some dystopian cyberpunk stuff going on. Makes sense. If Donner is manufactured by some corporation, or is basically owned by them because of all her cyber, there's a chance for some grim freedom implications.
