This is... actually pretty clever. Like I get Isekai's are usually everyman stories in fantastical worlds but if all it takes is some new form of martial arts or magic for someone to be a hero, they could probably be a big help in their own homeworld. Kinda odd that only our world's heroes get poached though. I also love the truck joke.
