From what I remember of their dynamic in the show I can't say it'd be the healthiest relationship, but I can't deny they look adorable together the way you've drawn them.

Stellar design. Gotta be honest not sure if I'm feeling the earing though. It's a bit bulky looking, size wise. Design kinda reminds me of a cow-tag or something like that.

In all honesty though I like the design. Really nails the crazy in her... well everything, really. Kinda remember her hair being pink though? I guess it woulda contrasted with the background so makes sense to change it. Favorite part is probably Monokuma, you made the little abomination look really cute.
