In all honesty though I like the design. Really nails the crazy in her... well everything, really. Kinda remember her hair being pink though? I guess it woulda contrasted with the background so makes sense to change it. Favorite part is probably Monokuma, you made the little abomination look really cute.

I gotta say of the four you just dropped this one is probably my favorite as far as detail goes. Lovely background and patternwork on the godtier outfit. Characterwise my fave is probably Nepeta.
