The art is gorgeous but there's a distinct lack of warboys and rust for a title like that.
So they had an ultimate martial artist and the ultimate coach... She somewhere in-between the two in terms of what she does?
In a sense yes! Though shes not limited to just athletic training, Hideko tries her best to help people improve in whatever way she can, be it just health wise or talent wise. She just likes to help nurture peoples potential in whatever field she can manage.

There's definitely something here but I think it's a little too poorly defined. This looks more like a rough outline than a finished piece. That's not to say the characters need to be filled in, I think the starry background being seen through them works well. The outlines could just do with being a little less... rigid.
