How did you do the background? Slap a filter over a still image shot of a street?

A clip studio paint asset I cropped about and fitted better. Though for some others I've applied high contrast filters over photos. Great for simple backgrounds.

I love the sketchy sort of pencil trace outlines on the colored pieces. Don't know what it is but it's just charming.

Okay, I think you're onto something good here, but a few notes.

-1, Color scheme. Good but maybe switch the bars? As it stands it looks like you snapped the NewGrounds logo on the Imperial Russian Flag. It's a nice flag, but still.

-2, Should definitely keep the tank guy, but scrap everything else. Definitely the name, probably the background. Look to monarchist flags as examples, they usually have some figure on there for heraldry, be it a beast or a guy. If it's just tank guy, it looks like a symbol on an actual flag someone might fly. If it's the whole logo, then it's just that: the logo.

Design is great but the stance is throwing me off a bit. I think it's that the legs are spread wayyy too far apart. One shove like that and you'd fall on your ass.
