A kickstarter would definitely be necessary. I know they switched over to scroll-feeds instead of a page-view when you sort by new a couple years back supposedly to "improve the mobile experience" so they're at least aware of mobile users and their needs. But with the constant banner-adds for donations, I imagine Newgrounds is like, stable, but doesn't have much budget for growth.

With how many people have migrated here since Twitter's gotten even more toxic (somehow) and the death of Tumblr way back when, they should at least be able to get the word out. I know recently they protected that Spongebob Reanimated movie when it got first-day copstruck on youtube, so the folks that always bitch and moan on that site might be willing to jump ship and move animations here too. But it'd have to be marketed hella well.

I write fanfic because it's the cheapest hobby I can afford.

I mean people seem to like my stuff but the laws of the universe dictate that no matter what, fanfic is always CRINGE. I've just come to accept it.
