In all honesty I get the whole "It's always been robots" thing ruffled a few feathers just because people could accept it as a way to keep the rating down, not a conscientious design choice, but I think it worked out well. When Jack kills the first sister, it's actually a bit shocking, to see blood, to hear the sound of the stab. Really helps to set the tone of the season.

well said!
thank you for your comment and rating I really appreciate it! :^)

Now if THIS is the sort of thing you see when you kick the bucket, I don't think I'd be afraid of what comes after.

Kamikaye responds:

Mmh maybe, I was more thinking about something in space to be seen before that (but not immediately maybe .. !). Thanks ! :)

Definitely nice but it seems... Ill defined? Like blurred somehow? I'm not quite sure how to put it but I just feel the details could be somewhat sharper, perhaps around the hole itself? Looks more like a blotch than a space vortex. The gradual blue to black transition and star spread came out superb though.

Pantycakes responds:

Yeaaah I've been practicing space and galaxy stuff and damn, that hole stuck me on what to do. I added some highlight around it to make it have a lil more depth, but when I added too much it just came out like a butthole. XD The stars look.... hard, in a big image size, too, not so much here but it can't be any bigger or it looks weird. Still messing with CSP's brushes, haha. Glad you like the gradation tho, that was my fav part to do!

Wish this was around back in the early Xbox 360 days. Would've fit in great with all those punk-pop looking icons they had.

MJIB responds:

Well, better late than never.

I remember reading this post once, where a child mused, upon the death of his dog, that the reason we outlive animals is because living, hopefully, is about becoming good and doing good unto others. And, since animals as a whole are so good, they don't need as much time to do so. It always hurts when someone leaves, there's no denying that. But I've found that once the mourning's done, the best way to make peace is to remember the good times rather than obsess over the absence.
(Get this post was from 2014 but there's no such thing as an expiration date on positive thinking, I guess.)

Mimtii responds:

Thank you for this sincere comment <3

Hmm... Interesting. The hole is giving me ITSP flashbacks. How did you do the bleed effect so well, might I ask?

SketchMeNot responds:

Thank you! (^_^) By adding some still wet watercolor paint near the edges and guiding the drips downwards and then fading the edges of the drips a bit =) Watercolors are still pretty tricky for me to use haha x)

Undoubtedly one of the best reuploads I've seen.

goeliath2 responds:

Figured I'd start trying to re-upload my gallery somewhere else. Glad you like it!

I'm always trying to write stories in really industrial locales, looking at art really helps. This is amazeballs.

Ruedefaux responds:

thank you~ i do the same thing personally. definitely helps get the feeling of what the world is like down.

Ah yes, those were simpler times. Before we heard the news of developer embezzlement scandals, then waged war upon each other over who the best Friendsim gurl was.

Dronema responds:

Hahahah, those were the times indeed!!

It's a crackfic but crACKS A HELL OF A DRUG!

Dronema responds:

It absolutely is and I agree 100%, Crackships and just being a multishipper in general is so much fun x'D
