[Group scrolling beatem up sprite]

The animation is quite fluid and the lighting is good, but I'm admittedly rather concerned that a small child is traveling with a bunch of heavily armed yet scantily dressed adults. What's going on here, exactly?

Honestly there's not a heck of a lot of story, but its just a party of you traditional heroes, I thought making an itty bitty Mage (Shota) would contrast well with them.

Great but the stance seems a bit weird below the waist. Little too wide and the right (her right) foot sorta looks like it's pointing in the wrong direction. Think the expression is perfect though.

He has them canonically even! Both he and dirk have sideburns in their sprites and talk sprites, compared to like john and jake who don't.

Usually harder to get clearly defined features in pixel art pieces, but ya did it. Think the choice in the sort of dark cyan background helps with contrast too.

If you need some monster references, check out this old 360 game called "Blue Dragon". Has a sort of Dragon Quest aesthetic. Nice calm intro song too.

This reminds me of the Gorillaz and the Boondocks. Double Nostalgia. The sort of dull sunset background works well too, gives everything a grunge look.
