God I need a shaggy-haired himbo in my life.

melsnoodles responds:

get yourself a man who can turn into a proper prince with only one little squirt of shampoo

Get it's probably the most iconic pairing in gaming, but as weird as it sounds I kinda prefer him with Vivian or Goombella from Thousand Year Door. Though that might be my bias for that game as a pillar of my childhood showing.

melsnoodles responds:

Not weird at all, it's actually surprising how little love these two get! But I getcha completely, TTYD had some great character dynamics and I mean... Goombella's so cute. Little goomba eyebrows. Can't resist.

Sentient swords aren't new by any means but I don't think I've seen one that looks more like a saber/scimitar just yet. Love the design!

MetaGrif responds:

Ayy. It's actually inspired by a kasthane(think that's how you spell it). Thank you very much.

You've gone from one game with demons to another. Nice.

...Any chance you can draw Dante?

AnikikiArt responds:

Sorry, unlikely. I'm drawing Lady because she won a fanart poll I held on my Patreon.

Sounds baller. Will you post the comic here?

Duppio responds:

Yep!

Expecting something ominous to peak around the corner at me.

DoctorCroe responds:

good.

God it's so hard to find art of this pairing that isn't snowgrave.

MenicApollo responds:

Yeah, specially when noelle is dressed with the white dress

Without naming which it is, I live in a country that, for the most part, is a functional democracy. You can tell some families are better off, and some folks get slaps on the wrist when they deserve a lot worse, but people are safe. Happy. They do have some sort of voice. The place my family fled from? Not so much.

It pisses me off when people here shout "fascism!" or "communism!" at anyone just a hair to the right or left of them because the folks that do that were always born and raised here, never had to deal with those systems and the horrible things that happen under them. They don't really get that living somewhere where voting seems like a chore as opposed to a cause for anxiety is a blessing.

I'm not going to pretend I understand the Colombia situation. But I hope it resolves in a way that leaves you in a position to continue making your art for years to come. Stay safe.

MatthewLopz responds:

Thank you!
I'll say that Colombia is a more stable country than what people might think, but with that being said, violence on rural areas is very common, this rural voters are the ones that are pressured by armed groups to vote for certain candidates, and it's not uncommon for politicians to have ties to this armed groups.

while all of this might sound insane to and outsider, i'll say it again, it's actually not as unsatable as it seems and visiting it's absolutely safe unless you walk into a conflict area, i think no matter what happens this election i'll be in a position to keep making art, but i do want more liberties for my country.

Always important to improve and look forward to a better future, there's always room to be better, here and in any country.

The fact Shin Godzilla looks about as effed up as the joy mutants from Lisa you've been doing art for is a bit of a funny coincidence.

TurboT-rex responds:

i gravitate towards these sorts of subjects a lot so yeah, shin godzilla's plenty compatible

I imagine this place has a lot of fist-fights.

Kamikaye responds:

Yea right under the pizza sign !
