Love the animation, and the sound effects. Voice acting was a little eh, but still mostly good.

There's a lamp post in the swamps, along the path from a sleepy little hamlet to the regional capital. Nobody knows how it got there, or when. Nobody knows how it's always alight.

Some say there's a lamp-lighter, employed by one of the settlements who braves the swamp to keep the path illuminated for travelers. Others that it's a mimic, waiting for curious travelers to get close enough to eat, otherwise some other illusion by some equally horrid beast. These latter theories, though arguably more likely, are largely rejected by those who've seen the lamp-post in person.

When bathed in it's light, passers by say they feel a warmth overtake them, something beyond the faint heat of a candle, something... kinder. Those who sit and stay a while claim to hear voices, too. Not of the damned, or the nefarious, but to those who can make out the words, a simple conversation between perfect strangers.

For this reason, some have come to call it "The Friends Lantern." overtime, the name stuck.

I like the character designs and the backgrounds, but the purple one's accent is a little too thick. Nasally, really. I get that she's French but she's a bit intelligible. Roll it back ever so slightly and it should be just the right amount, but then what do I know, I'm some guy hiding in the NewGrounds comment section.

Great vid, all in all.

This is blessed. I kinda remember him saying he'd put especially good fan made episodes on the main channel but that mighta only been the ones using the resources he released at the series end. You continue to amaze dude.

The animated comic panels came out the best.

Love the designs, and the simplistic animation.

Thanks!

Pretty alright.

Should've tagged this with Katia or Prequel. It's kinda hard finding fan-stuff for the comic so it's always good to find more of it.

Oops! Forgot to do that. It should be fixed now.

I feel like the loss of Prospero is the 40K equivalent of the burning of Alexandria. So much knowledge lost, and knowing that still hits me right in the feels.
